Europa acquires CCC

Ambitious logistics operator Europa Worldwide Group acquired the specialist part and full load operator, Continental Cargo Carriers in 2018.

Privately-owned Europa is headquartered in Dartford, Kent at the time of the acquisition Europa’s Managing Director, Andrew Baxter said: “This acquisition is not about Europa expanding outside of the UK market. It is about strengthening our offering to and from the UK.

“Continental Cargo Carriers works closely with our Road division.  CCC has a proven track record and a solid customer base.”

Europa has 900 staff across sites in the UK and Hong Kong.
