We’re thrilled to announce that we are further investing in the efficiency and reliability of our operations by launching bespoke road freight and finance solutions to our customers.

Since the business was acquired by the UK’s largest independent freight forwarder, Europa Worldwide Group, in June 2018, we have carried out a raft of sophisticated upgrades and updates business wide, including the latest implementation – Europa’s innovative in-house developed Leonardo IT system.

Our 20-year-old IT system has been overhauled and replaced with a brand-new solution, developed by Europa specifically for CCC. The new solution has laid the foundation for the business to offer a flexible and responsive online portal for customers with the facility to book shipments, as well as functionality for shipment tracking and freight labelling. It will also simultaneously streamline invoicing and payments online.

General Manager at CCC Carlo Turner said: “The introduction of the new system, which has a dedicated Project Manager overseeing its implementation, has had an instantly positive impact on the Operational experience at CCC. Combined with our recent fleet modernisation, the relocation of our sales and operations team to Europa’s state-of-the-art 1Hub in Dartford, Kent, and the installation of Masternaut tracking technology across our fleet, we are better prepared than ever before to win and maintain new business from our competitors on the continent.

Established in 1973, CCC is one of the biggest players on the roll-on roll-off market between Europe and the UK, delivering full and part-load consignments daily. CCC operates a fleet of 270 trailers and runs a 4000m² warehouse in Oostende, Belgium.
